The hotel was very basic and noisy, with small rooms that had limited space for luggage. Despite these drawbacks, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The central location was convenient, but the price was considered too high for the room size. The dining options were good, offering a variety of fresh foods. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were fantastic, comfortable, clean, and filled with the necessary amenities, but there was little storage space which might not feel comfortable when other people come to eat. The service was very good, with friendly staff, a practical gym, and a helpful Chloe, but they closed early. The location was perfect for exploring Bordeaux, just off the main square, but lacked some outdoor relaxation areas. The dining options were overpriced with a poor continental breakfast, though there were cheaper cafes nearby. Overall, a good stay for the value, with some room for improvement.
The hotel rooms are superbly fitted out with smart fittings and furnishings and offer a very comfortable bed. However, I did not feel entirely comfortable with others coming in to eat. The place was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated.
